Terms of Service

By engaging BrandSitter.ca's services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include brand management, social media management, and crisis response strategies.

We commit to providing professional services while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to industry best practices. Clients must provide accurate business information and maintain active communication throughout the engagement.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Brand monitoring and management
• Social media crisis management
• Reputation recovery strategies
• Preventive brand protection measures

All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. Payment terms:

• 50% deposit required to initiate services
• Remaining balance due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
• Recurring services billed monthly

Clients retain ownership of their existing intellectual property. New materials created during our engagement are licensed exclusively to the client upon full payment.

BrandSitter.ca retains the right to reference the general nature of work performed in our portfolio, respecting confidentiality agreements.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business operations. Our team signs individual NDAs and follows security protocols to protect client data.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply for contracted services. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Access to ongoing services will be discontinued
• Final reports and materials will be delivered

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for consequential damages or third-party actions.
